Banana Peanut Butter Yogurt Smoothie for Reducing Capsaicin Cramps


Ingredients:

  • one ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt of choice
  • 2 tbsp of honey to sweeten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
